As a designer, my day-to-day design work is bound by strict brand guidelines and detailed project briefs. Inspired by the lyrics of Wing$ by Macklemore, I designed a book as a personal project to explore my own creativity and push the boundaries of conventional design. The book was envisioned as a way to typographically embody Macklemore’s lyrics regarding the pervasive effect of American consumerism.

Environments, a personal project, is a collection of letterforms by five artists, including one of my own. My 26 letterforms were inspired by an architectural structure of fragmented triangles. I designed a font book that showcases each artists inspiration and aesthetic.
